Inside, you'll find a sophisticated main living room with a wood-burning fireplace overlooking the lush backyard, a secondary living area with Brooklyn streetscape views, and a dining room with a custom-made table. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a wine fridge. The outdoor space includes a 1,500-square-foot landscaped yard with a pergola, outdoor living room, and gas grill. The primary suite features a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower, a walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer, while a spacious second bedroom and a second full bath complete this residence. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process. Guests are prohibited to use the fireplace. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking and fireplace usage will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
