Our home has easy access to NWA's favorite bike trails, just 0.1 miles from Mulligan, 0.5 to Razorback Greenway, 4.3 to Blowing Springs, 5.5 to Slaughter Pen, and 0.8 from Metfield Skills Park. With our home's bike racks, trail maps, and wash station- we've got you covered! After a long day in the saddle, relax in the hot tub spa and enjoy luxury amenities for 8 guests in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid PRIOR to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team regarding this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties are permitted on the premises at any time for any reason. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - The city of Bella Vista has a noise ordinance, and quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10PM-7AM. Failure to comply can result in up to a $1000 fine. - Street parking is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the driveway. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
