What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom. Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, are also provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. 3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans. 4. Do you provide any baby items? –No, we do not provide baby gates, cribs, Pack N’ Plays. 5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a grill outside. 6. Do you provide fire wood? – No. The fireplace is propane and operational September through March. 7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. 9. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well-maintained and paved, but they are uphill. 10. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 11. Is this cabin secluded? – Mostly yes. You will not have neighbors on top of you right next door, but you will be able to see other homes in the immediate area. 12. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed internet with Wi-Fi. 13. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file. 14. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the cabin for 4 vehicles. 15. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas between Dec-Jan each year 16. How deep is the pool and what is it heated to? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and heated to 84 degrees. We cannot heat it beyond this as it causes long-term condensation damage to the interior of the home.
