This listing is for the exclusive use of the entire renovated ground floor (2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom). The second floor is unoccupied, ensuring you have total privacy during your stay. ​The Design: Soaring metal-deck ceilings, black structural beams, and cool veined floors. ​The Private Oasis: Enjoy a private pool reserved exclusively for your group—the perfect place to decompress after a day in the salt water. Guest access The pool isn't shared by anybody else therefore only guest can use the pool in the bungalow. Other things to note Because of the property being in a rustic and  tropical area you’ll might encounter power outages during the rainy season and  find wildlife and insects in the surrounding countryside. Just to be mindful! The water pressure in Atami is the greatest between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Just in case you are wondering why water pressure is low in the afternoon / evening. ​Guest Safety & Security ​Gated Community: You are located within Parque Residencial Atami, which features 24/7 gated security and regular patrols, making it one of the safest areas on the coast. ​The Pool: There is no lifeguard on duty. Please ensure children are supervised at all times when in the pool area. ​Surrounding Nature: You are in a lush, tropical environment. While beautiful, please keep doors closed when lights are on at night to keep local friendly insects outside.
