One bedroom basement apartment that sleeps up to four with two sofa beds located in the living room. All kitchen amenities, private entrance, WiFi with paid parking and scooter/bikes available directly outside. The space Our property has the master bedroom with a sliding door, this bed will always be made up. There are two sofa beds in the living room area which can be made up prior to arrival. Please note the bathroom is located next to the living room The property is accessed via walking down a few steps as this is a basement apartment. There are many local attractions from restaurants, sites and pubs to visit within walking distance including plenty of family friendly places. We can provide recommendations if required. The property does not come with parking but there is street parking right outside, as well as two car parks within 5 mins walk. If you are bringing a pet, Clifton village is super dog friendly and you can take your dog into most shops and restaurants. Guest access In our basement apartment you will have access to all the facilities including the kitchen with an oven, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom with shower. The living room has 2 sofas which can be converted into beds and there is also a dining area. Other things to note If you are bringing children we have provided plates and cutlery for them but we also have colouring books we can put out if required.
