Our place is a ground unit with no stairs, has a covered hot tub, BBQ, 2 parking spaces (one in the single car garage and one at a dedicated outside spot), outside spot can accommodate truck with sled deck, no outside trailer parking, garage measures ( 7.5 ft (90") W x 17ft (204") L x 7.1ft (86") H. Limited visitors spots. Storage locker for any ski/biking equipment. You can let yourself in and out as you please with the door key pad locking system.
