Welcome to your private studio in South Oakland, Pittsburgh! This newly constructed studio is fully private and thoughtfully designed. Enjoy a spacious layout with a long bar, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern work area. The bathroom features a ceiling-mounted rainfall shower and a separate toilet area with its own door for added privacy. Centrally located, you're just minutes from universities, hospitals, and downtown. The space Some of the amenities of this studio are a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, ceiling-mounted rainfall shower, as well as a private entrance and parking. Guest access Guests have private, stair-free access to the studio through the back door of the house, which is located directly in front of the parking area. Alternatively, they can also walk around to the back of the house from the front. Other things to note As with many basement units, you may hear footsteps from the unit above, where the kitchen is located. We observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM, and there are no children in the house. Light sleepers who prefer an earlier bedtime or a nap may want to keep earplugs nearby, just in case.
