Perched in the hillside of Echo Park, Sagebrush Cottage offers a cozy entire home with one bedroom, a large living room, dining area, office and full kitchen with an open floor plan leading out onto a large patio where you can dine or relax outside with a beautiful view overlooking the canyons and surrounding village below. NOTE: there are three sets of stairs leading to the property. Nearby: Dodger Stadium, Cookbook artisanal groceries, Bacetti Italian Rest. Canyon Coffee, Stories Book Store The space There are 3 flights of stairs leading up to the house from the street. There is plenty of street parking out front. The house has air conditioning and heat, WiFi, a tv in the living room, full kitchen and is a fenced in property. The living room couch is small, but a child could sleep on it. We also have a pack and play available. Service animals, (not including ESA as they are not qualified service animals) MUST be disclosed before booking. You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it, free of animal hair or animal business, as any extra cleaning due to the animal will be charged for accordingly at 50$ per hour.
