The space Enjoy our accommodation, it has a room with a double bed and a spacious living room that integrates the kitchen. The central area has a contemporary sofa bed, which easily converts into a comfortable bed for the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a small glass-ceramic hob, a microwave and a compact refrigerator. Basic utensils such as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are included, perfect for preparing homemade dishes. The bathroom is private, with a modern and efficient design. It includes a large shower, a sink with an illuminated mirror, and a toilet. Towels and essential toiletries are available for guests. The apartment also has air conditioning and heating, guaranteeing a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Large windows allow natural light to enter, creating a bright and ventilated atmosphere. Guest access The accommodation is prepared and equipped with everything you need to enjoy every corner. It comes with the necessary linens and towels for guests. In the bathroom, following the customs of the best hotels, you will find hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The house is completely renovated, taking care of every last detail. In this sense, it has all the advantages and comforts of a modern home. If you need to leave your luggage earlier, you can do so after 12:30 PM, but we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 3:00 PM. Check-out: until 11:00 am. In the event that you need to leave your luggage until later, you can do so at WeLocker, a locker 1 minute walk away and they will apply a 10% discount on their rates. Under current regulations (LO 4/2015 OF MARCH 30 ON THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY), every person over 14 years of age must be registered without exception. Refusal to present said documentation will lead to the direct cancellation of the reservation, without the possibility of a refund. Trash must be deposited in the green containers installed on the streets from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Guests are asked to make responsible and sustainable use of the facilities, respecting the neighborhood and the area. Holding parties and similar gatherings is strictly forbidden.
