The absolute proximity to the city center and the nearby public transport, airport, and Stuttgart Trade Fair create the ideal conditions for you to feel completely at home here, whether you are here for business or pleasure. A comfortable living room with a large smart TV allows you to spend your evenings in comfort, or you can set off on a walking tour to explore Filderstadt's restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster – everything is there so you can stay at home and cook. The two bathrooms with shower or bathtub allow you to start each morning feeling refreshed. Hand and bath towels as well as bathroom essentials are provided free of charge. The open bedroom (maisonette style) on the upper floor is furnished with three modern and comfortable box-spring beds (single beds), which can also be arranged as double beds. In the lower living area, you can enjoy your nights in the closed bedroom in a comfortable queen-size double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional people in the living room. In the basement, there is a washing machine available exclusively for our guests in the private laundry room. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel right at home. Other things to note OUR HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning service are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations with KRH Immobilien within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. Animals are not permitted. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department. 10. Making a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
