Description

Experience the charm and excitement of country living with a stay in our Rodeo Retreat — a uniquely themed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage on a picturesque working farm. This cozy getaway is perfect for rodeo fans, nature lovers, or anyone seeking a true taste of Tennessee living, complete with stunning pasture views and access to a relaxing firepit. The space Nestled on 34 acres of rolling pastures, our hobby farm is home to friendly Highland & Jersey cattle, friendly goats, curious barn cats, free range chickens, farm dogs and heritage pigs. Enjoy expansive views of the countryside, with stunning sunrises and sunsets in every direction. While the farm offers a peaceful, rural escape, it’s also just a short drive from the quaint town square, where you can explore charming local shops and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants. It’s the perfect blend of country serenity and small-town charm! 15 min to Ridley park 12 min to downtown Columbia 45 min to Downtown Franklin 1 hour to Nashville 5 minutes from Liberty Grace you pick Tulip Farm Guest access Guest Access & Guidelines on Our Farm We’re delighted to welcome you to our farm and want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience while respecting the space and animals. Here's a little information about the areas you’re welcome to explore: Driveway & Outdoor Space: Guests have full access to the driveway leading to the rental units, as well as the immediate outdoor area surrounding the cottage. Feel free to wander and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the scenic views of the pastures and nearby animals. Fencing: Our farm is fenced to keep our animals safe, and we use electric fences for this purpose. We kindly ask that guests stay on the shop side of the fence for safety reasons. Please avoid crossing into the fenced-off animal areas unless you’ve arranged to interact with the animals directly. Interacting with Animals: Our animals are an important part of farm life, and while we encourage you to enjoy their beauty from a distance, we ask that you please check with us if you’d like to feed or pet the animals. We’re happy to coordinate a time for you to interact with them safely and appropriately. Your safety and the well-being of our animals are our top priority. We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, so don’t hesitate to ask us any questions or for recommendations on what to explore around the farm! We’re here to help you make the most of your visit. Other things to note The farm dogs are noisy and will likely bark at you. They are not aggressive, and generally will keep their distance. - Johnny is a white LGD and lives with the goats. - June is a brindle LGD and roams the property to keep unwanted predators from our animals. - The 2 house dogs occasionally follow us out to do chores as well. Maggie is Shepherd golden retriever mix and Leo is a 14 year old shepherd. Both are everyone's best friend. Our property uses a private well water system, providing clean and safe water for your use. Occasionally, the water may have a slight sulfur smell, which is a natural characteristic of well water in this area. We actively work to treat the water to minimize this odor and ensure the best possible experience for our guests. Please rest assured that the water is safe for use. However, if you prefer, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking and cooking during your stay. Please keep in mind that this is a farm environment, and as such, you may encounter elements of farm life, including mud, dirt, and the occasional bug or critter. We do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests, but these natural features are part of the authentic farm experience. We encourage you to embrace the rustic charm and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. 10 minutes to Ridley Park. 10 minutes to downtown Columbia. 15 minutes to Natchez Trace.
