Located on Bend's westside, adjacent to the Deschutes river trail, the Old Mill district, or Cascade Lakes Hwy to Mt Bachelor make this a convenient home base for any vacation plans. IKON pass holders will receive one complimentary night added to any booking of at least 3 nights. A recent entire bathroom renovation adds a Whirlpool stack washing machine and spacious tile shower equipped with spray wand and jets. Enjoy the Mount Bachelor Village pool, kiddie pool, two spas and playground. The space Property is a downstairs one bedroom condo with a queen bed and mattress purchased in June of 2025. The living room couch also folds into a queen bed. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with a peaceful wooded area view. Across the parking lot you will find the pool, kiddie pool, two spas and playground. Two cruiser bikes are available for use on the bike trail behind the property. A snow park pass is included for the winter months. This unit has air conditioning, a full size refrigerator, an outdoor grill and a washer dryer. Included is free wifi, as well as board games. We are close to the Deschutes River, Old Mill shopping area and Mount Bachelor ski area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, pools, spas and playground. The pools are only open during the summer, but the spas are open year round. There are two cruiser bikes avaliable for use between April and the end of October.
