Adjacent, you'll find a work desk and a sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials for preparing your meals. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling saltwater pool, sun tan in our deck and fire up the BBQ! The perfect home base for your Costa Rican getaway. The space Magic Place is conveniently located in the center of ST. In front of the best surf spot in town, restaurants, supermarket and more! No need for transportation, everything is walking distance! We have bikes for rent in the property, as well as surfboards. Salt water pool, BBQ area, parking, and so comfortable and private. Close to everything yet tucked away! Guest access There is a front gate with an electric motor. You will have a code to enter. You will have a parking space. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the beach, and one in front of the pool. You have access to the pool at all times. You can also use the BBQ we have, we just ask to leave it clean! There is a small office/store for your convenience. Feel free to walk around the garden! Other things to note Cleaning service is done once per week for long term renters. For short term we offer cleaning every 4 days.
