Charming house with its own beachfront

Welcome to Halsegata, a charming and idyllic older house with stunning views of Lågen. Cozy indoor and outdoor areas. Comfortable lounge and dining table with outdoor kitchen, (hot and cold water), barbecue and pizza oven - Private access to the shoreline at the gate with associated jetty. Please note that the jetty area is under rehabilitation, parts will be completed before the summer. Main house: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom Studio (annex) - two single beds parking space with charger The space Discover Østre Halsen – a hidden gem along the coast. Near the house you will find nice beaches such as Saltverket, Rekkeviksbukta, child-friendly Sukkersletta and beautiful Hvittensand with its golden sand and cliffs. From the home, the beautiful coastal path leads to a natural experience that winds past Hvittensand, further around the Svabergene where old bunkers and viewpoints hide between heather and rock, and further out towards the sea gap. Here you can enjoy the silence, the sea air and the sunset on the horizon – perfect for an evening walk or morning jog. It is about 5 minutes walk to where you will find Hølen Matbar, a popular meeting point nearby – with the possibility to enjoy both snacks and something good in the glass while looking out over the fjord. You can easily shop for groceries at Meny (3 minutes by car, 10-12 min walk) – the store is open on Sundays all year. Rema 1000 is also nearby, about 5 minutes away by car. Larvik city center is only 10 minutes away by car and offers shopping, cafes and restaurants. Stavern – Norway's charming summer town – can be reached in 15 minutes by car. If you want to explore more, Helgeroa, Nevlunghavn and Brevik are great summer destinations just a short drive away. If you are interested in golf, Larvik Golf Club is located in Larvik. There is also a bus just a few minutes walk from the home to Larvik. For families with children, there are a number of activities in the nearby area: Foldvik Family Park, Rush Trampoline Park, High & Low Climbing Park, Mestern Bowling, Metro Playland and High under the Roof – all within a short driving distance.
