'Loftet' is a cozy studio apartment of 11.5 sqm with lovely views of Bergen! 🏡 Quiet area just outside the city center. 🚶‍♂️ Walking distance to Haukeland, Haraldsplass Hospital and HVL. 🚌 2 min to bus stop with frequent departures to the city center. 🥾 Located at the foot of Ulriken with many hiking opportunities. 🛒 150 m to grocery store. 🛏️ 120 cm wide bed. ⚡ No kitchen, but a kettle, mini-fridge and microwave. 🚿 Shared bathroom in the hallway. ☕ Free coffee and tea. ⏳ Perfect for commuters and short-term rentals. The space The loft is on the top floor (4th floor) in a quiet apartment building without elevator. Guests must therefore be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs outside the building and then four floors inside. The studio consists of one room with one bed, wardrobe, mirror, dining table with two chairs (can be used for workplace), mini fridge, microwave and kettle. The bathroom, which is located wall to wall with the room, is of older vintage, but contains a sink/mirror, toilet and shower. It is cleaned before each visit, but is shared with other residents. Guests can use the shared laundry if needed. Each wash costs two ten kroner, and unfortunately there is no possibility of exchange, so remember to bring coins. There is also access to a tumble dryer or drying room, which costs two ten kroner per use. There are few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but a grocery store is nearby. The city center with a wide range of restaurants is easily accessible by public transport, about 10-15 min by bus. Otherwise, see the guide for tips in the nearby area/center. Guest access Studio room and shared bathroom. No access to kitchen. Other things to note No smoking indoors. It is not allowed to organize parties in the studio. Guests are asked to show consideration and avoid unnecessary noise that may disturb the neighbors. Loss of house keys entails an additional fee of NOK 1,500.
