The space When you arrive at your vacation beach condo you will be pleased to see this condo has been well cared for. The quaint living room and dining room with hardwood flooring will provide plenty of seating space for your family to be comfortable. The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the magnificent Atlantic coast for as far as the eye can see. The kitchen has full-size appliances & granite counters and provides plenty of room for preparing a family meal easily. This condo has three cozy bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has private balcony access for enjoying a cool beverage under a moonlit sky. Your vacation rental includes flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players so everyone in the family gets to choose what they watch. Enjoy keeping in touch with family and friends back home with WIFI access. Begin your day with a brisk workout at the on-site fitness center exclusively for Waterpointe II guests. Just a few steps away from your vacation condo rental you reach the Atlantic Ocean lined by a pristine wide beach. Be sure to bring a beach blanket with you and stretch out to relax and let the salt air and sounds of the seabirds high above the ocean soothe your mind and spirit. If you want to stay close to your beach condo you will have your choice of swimming in the indoor pool or outdoor pool. Sunbathing on the oceanside sun deck will give you all the benefits of the sun without the sand between your toes. Take a relaxing dip in the steamy indoor hot tub and ease your achy muscles. Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
