Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions. – Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions. Lost & Found Policy: Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics. Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
