The space The spacious open floor plan allows for families and friends to stay connected, whether they be lounging, cooking, or simply enjoying the ambiance of the cabin. The privacy fencing for the outdoor sitting area and jacuzzi are somewhat rare for the town, adding to the coziness of the overall stay. The barbecue and outdoor fire pit both operate on propane, which is provided. Pet Owners: Per Big Bear's "Good Neighbor Policy", dogs are not to be left unattended while you are enjoying the town, as loose or crated dogs may bark and disturb neighbors. However, you will find Big Bear to be a very dog friendly town. While the garage is presently unavailable, you have the rest of the home to yourselves with exception of the Owner's Closet in the Master BR, which we must reserve for Housekeeping. Guest access Home is located on a corner, with the front of the home not facing the street shown in the address. The front door and driveways are accessible just around the corner on the adjacent street. We have two side by side flat driveways with a tree in between, with the driveway on the left often getting mistaken for belonging to the neighbors. Any guest boats MUST be parked in second driveway. Other things to note SAFETY NOTICES: **Intermittent Power Outages**: It is not unusual in Big Bear Valley to experience power outages in an effort to protect this sensitive area from wild fires. As this is out of our control, we are unable to accommodate any request for a refund in this unfortunate event. However, we provide multiple flashlights, a bright lantern, emergency lighting plugged into to several outlets that will turn on in the event of a power outage, and both the gas fireplace and gas stovetop will still be operable when power is out. **It Snows**: If you are staying during winter months you may encounter snowy and/or icy conditions. We employ a snow removal service, but during significant snow events it may be a while before they get to us. You may need to remove some snow from walkways and around vehicles.
