Enjoy a relaxing stay in our off-the-beaten-path Arcata guest home. Clean and comfortable, this one bedroom home is less than a mile from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, shopping, and food. Less than 9 miles from Arcata-Eureka airport and a short drive to Trinidad, Eureka, and the Redwood National Parks. No pets. No smoking. The space Enjoy a peaceful stay in our one bedroom, one bath guest house with a full kitchen and living room, and a view overlooking Arcata and the bay from the shared front yard. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen sized bed, small closet and dresser. The kitchen has the basics you need to prepare meals while traveling. Includes a refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave. The coffee maker a drip style maker. The living room has a futon for lounging and a Smart TV. Kick back and log into your own accounts and take off right where you left off at home. We do offer a narrow side table for dining or for use as a workspace. We have a full bathroom with standing shower, small vanity, and apartment sized washer & dryer. No outside visitors. No events or gatherings are allowed. Note - there is a long term tenant in the main home. She is very quiet and keeps to herself. Guest access Guests have full access of the rental unit. There is a shared common area in the front of the primary house that is shared with the tenant. Tenant is very friendly and quiet and tends to keep to herself. Other things to note There is a long term tenant that lives on-site. Please be respectful.
