The space The home features two private bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for comfort and privacy. It includes a two-car garage and a dedicated workshop, ensuring convenience for all your needs. A large front porch warmly welcomes you into the home. Inside you’ll find a generous living room with carpet, built-in shelving, and sliding glass doors that lead to a covered rear lanai. The screened lanai opens up to a paver patio area, perfect for unwinding outdoors. The kitchen is a highlight with its tile flooring, ample wood cabinetry, breakfast bar, and ceiling fan. The adjacent dining room also features tile flooring and sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. The home is equipped with a new AC and an irrigation system on well water. It features a beautifully landscaped front yard and a large oak tree in the backyard offers extra shade. Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the lanai and yard, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that pets are not permitted.
