The main living area is located on the second floor. Tiled floors, sunny windows, and colorful accents create a laid-back vibe perfect for vacation. Next to the living room is a cozy dining area near two large windows with water views. It has a glass-topped table surrounded by five cushioned chairs. On the other side of the living room, an arched doorway leads to the kitchen. The all-white kitchen features spacious cabinetry, a tiled backsplash over the stove, quartz countertops, white appliances, and a sunny window. The home’s primary suite is on the third floor. The large, carpeted bedroom boasts a king-size bed, sandy-colored furnishings, a romantic seating area for two, flatscreen TV, and three windows that brighten the space. In the ensuite bath, you will find a tub/shower combo and dual vanities. Upstairs, the loft guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private bath, and access to a covered balcony with expansive gulf views.
