Lake membership, you'll have exclusive access to local recreational activities! 20mi Dodge Ridge Ski🏂 The space *Please read entire description before booking!* This 3 bedroom 1 bath cabin is the perfect home away from home for up to 6 guests. Including brand new appliances, with some modern updating for a rustic mountain home feel. PARKING + DRIVEWAY: * On site parking for up to 4 cars. * Our driveway slope is moderately steep with a large turn around at the bottom. * There is one security camera facing the driveway for your safety. ACCESSIBILITY: *Our space has one step to enter onto the deck to reach the front door entrance + stairs leading to loft area. HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING: * Central heating/AC * Our fireplace is an electric pellet stove, providing heat for the lower level. We also provide a portable heater in the upper loft area if needed. BEDROOMS: * Each bedroom includes a QUEEN sized mattress. * Two twin beds upstairs with memory foam toppers WINTER TRAVEL * Being at 3600 ft elevation, we experience snow in the winter months. Therefore We STRONGLY recommend bringing chains for your vehicle. * We supply a large snow shovel if needed * Our geographical location can experience power outages due to winter storms. We do supply flashlights, extra blankets and flameless candles to make any outages more comfortable for you and your party if one occurs during your stay. * We keep our cabin open for guests during the winter to enjoy the snow. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that with winter weather conditions comes many different factors during your stay. Examples: ice, dangerous driving conditions, snow shoveling, cold weather, etc. * If you have ANY questions concerning your winter booking, do not hesitate to reach out beforehand!
