You will be situated 2 minutes away from the historic Village of Coarsegold, where you will find local shops like Rooted and a delicious restaurant called Wild Fig Kitchen, 23 miles to the South Gate of Yosemite, and 20 minutes from having a lovely lake day at Bass Lake. The space Your vacation home is nestled on a 10 acre property surrounded by trees with a serene view of a meadow and a cow named Mocha. To the right of the farmhouse, there is a wonderful older couple who help take care of the cow. You may see Elizabeth feeding the cow in the morning and at night. About a 1/4 of a mile down the road is where Neil and Tammy live. While it is a wonderfully secluded rural area, it is only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away from restaurants and amenities. Enjoy the best of both worlds! The farmhouse has 1900 sq. ft. with 2 private bedrooms upstairs, and a converted garage family-entertainment and sleeping room downstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the farm house and walking roads and trails around the 10 acre property. Guests may also check out the succulent greenhouse. Other things to note Situated on 16 acres of both groomed lawns and grassy fields and surrounded by oaks in every direction. Enjoy the meadow views in the backyard surrounded by the mountains! There is 1 cow on the property in a fenced area. Drink your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the meadow or host the family barbecue. On the clear moonless night you will be amazed to see the Milky Way in all it's glory.
