Heating is not included, and has a value of $15,000 per day. Guest access The house has a spacious and comfortable parking lot. In the area there are different services (warehouse, greengrocer, pharmacy, service station, butcher shop, etc). It is very close to downtown Santo Domingo, in a quiet place. Other things to note A cleaning fee of $70,000 will be charged, which includes cleaning upon check-in and check-out, plus washing sheets and towels. Heating is also paid separately, and has a fixed value of $15,000 per day.
