The lovingly renovated farmhouse on three floors offers you a special mix of modern comfort and rustic charm – ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. And: Of course, you have the house completely for yourself, the owners live outside the village. In the spacious eat-in kitchen with modern amenities, cooking becomes a communal experience. Wooden floors in all rooms create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Even in the original wooden staircase you notice: this is a house with history. You will sleep in one of four comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with double beds and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The stylish bathroom invites you to relax with modern amenities. Outside you will find a blooming garden, a cozy dining area and of course our masterpiece: the charming garden room with two more summer sleeping places (bring your own sleeping bag), a cozy terrace for afternoon coffee and sundowner and the new gas grill where you can let off steam with culinary delights... Especially popular with children: the rustic play barn with ping pong table and plenty of space for bicycles, e-bikes or your climbing equipment. Or you can turn it into a party barn in the blink of an eye, because celebrating in style is really good here! (Please contact us separately if you want to celebrate here.) Hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door. In winter you can cross-country ski on the surrounding trails. The Lautertal and the Lauchert are also popular destinations for outdoor fans. In the surrounding area, highlights such as Lichtenstein Castle, exciting stalactite caves, the Roßberg, climbing rocks and great excursion destinations for families await – such as the Lichtenstein Adventure Park, the dreamland in Erpfingen or the summer toboggan runs. Only 25 km away, Tübingen invites you to take a boat ride and stroll through the old town, and Reutlingen can be reached in just 15 minutes. For shopping fans, the Outletcity Metzingen is only about 30 minutes away. Guest access The entire Maison Fuchs is at our guests' disposal. We are happy when our guests feel at home and enjoy a break in nature with lovely people, relax in the garden and use the surroundings for a variety of activities. Right in front of the house, there is enough space for 3 cars, and by arrangement, there is an additional parking space in the private garage. In the future, our guests will be able to charge their electric car here via a wallbox. The house is easily accessible by car and also by bus. The key box allows you to arrive flexibly. Other things to note We are happy to provide a high chair, folding cot or fall protection, please let us know in advance. In the stairwell, we can also install stair protection doors - so that even the youngest can safely go on vacation. Due to its construction (the living rooms are on the 2nd to 3rd floor), the house is unfortunately not barrier-free.
