Bedrooms are downstairs in this upside down living space to make the most of the beautiful view. Ewenny Isaf Cottage has been thoughtfully converted to provide a cozy self-catered stay without losing its original character. The interiors balance traditional beams with stylish contemporary furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Living Area: A bright and airy open-plan living space featuring a large comfortable sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. There is a Smart TV with Netflix/Prime available to use - blankets are provided for evenings where you wish to cosy in and watch the latest box sets or films, or just sit outside and enjoy the garden. The property has Gas central heating with smart thermostat to easily adjust the temperature. The building’s thick stone walls help keep the property cool during summer and warm in winter. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals and lively conversations. *A 'starter pack' is provided for guests with: Dishwasher tablet, tea towel, toilet roll, black bin bag and food waste bag. Bedrooms: Two spacious downstairs double bedrooms with plush bedding, soft linens, and calming decor to ensure a restful night's sleep. Comfortably sleeping four guests in the two bedrooms. Bathroom: A sleek and stylish bathroom with a spacious double walk-in shower, and complimentry fluffy towels. Outdoor Space: Step outside to a private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda, dine al fresco, or simply soak up the fresh country air. There is also a separate set of garden furniture in the main garden with cushions and beautiful throws. The surrounding priory grounds offer a tranquil escape, with scenic walking paths where you will regularly see pheasants, peacocks and ducks. One well behaved furry friend is welcome here, please note that they are not allowed on sofa's or beds. This will result in an additional cleaning bill if dog hair or fur is found on these items. Southerndown (6-minute drive) – Known for its rugged cliffs and sandy bays, Dunraven Bay is a must-visit for those who love picturesque coastal scenery. It’s also a popular spot for fossil hunting and rock pooling, as well as exploring Dunraven Castle.The existing manor house was rebuilt as a castellated hunting lodge in the early 19th century and was extensively remodelled later in the century. The surviving parts of the house are a Grade II listed building and its gardens and park can be leisurely strolled around Merthyr Mawr (5-minute drive) – A magical location filled with sand dunes, woodland trails, and a peaceful river. The famous Merthyr Mawr dunes are among the highest in Europe and offer incredible views and great walking opportunities.
