It is a charming penthouse,with a beautiful day and night view as you can see in the photos ,great location having that you need at most a block,it is Clin,airy,and very clean. Recently renovated, brand new,td working ,a place to relax and enjoy nature. I'm sure you'll be my guests forever. As a reminder, good behavior will always be your guaranteed return card. The space The penthouse is very clin and airy ,we have two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for a couple. Guest access We have two large areas excellent for sunbathing,one of them lower where snacks or outdoor breakfast can be served,with umbrella table and chairs suitable for the outside environment. The upper area is suitable for private sunbathing,with a small intimate pool with waterfall and a good barbecue pit with table and chairs for outdoor use. Other things to note We have a garage ,the other cars are in front of the building . Parked at 45 degrees. It has a guardhouse on 24-hour street. We have never had any kind of problems with theft in the cars that stay overnight on the street,but it is always advisable not to leave valuables on display inside the cars.
