Valley cottage

It's one of two rooms available in quite remote house (107 sq.m.), with only a farmer and a gardener as neighbours. Almost nobody around, just birds signing. House is well maintained and nicely equipped. There's a good access to the road, 10m. drive to the shop,a bus communication. It has a spacy driveway. It's in a distance of a rental electric scooters and for all active guests -house has two bikes available to take trips. Bed linen is always fresh upon arrival, washed in a local laundry store The space Please note that you are renting only one room with this booking. The house is shared with guests from a second room. Space of the house is entirely for the guests - owner does not live there. There are two numbered bedrooms, with separate keys. Room for rent has a 160*200 bed and a bunk bed. Inside of the house you should find everything to have a pleasant stay. There are some puzzles, something to read. There is a tv set - plays local radio stations or you can connect your laptop to it. There is usable patio with a table with spaces for 6 people, however the floor is yet to be finished there. After earlier request, we can provide you with a small grill (in such case you can supply coal in a local store). Guest access Only garage (separate building) is off limits. Otherwise all space is for a shared use, and if you rent only one room, then naturally the other room is private for other guests. Due to smoke risk affecting other guests, using a fire place is prohibited. During your stay You can always reach me by phone or send me an e-mail. However please have in mind that this listing does not provide 24/7 service information. Your host tries to reply as soon as possible. Sometimes this host is out of range or simply goes to sleep when evening comes. That's why in is wise to ask important questions before your arrival and look for essential information in the description/arrival guides. Other things to note Please note that at the moment there is no Internet connection in the house. We are working to change that overtime. If you need such a connection, please consider purchasing mobile data package to your mobile devices from your ISP. A central fire place has a decorative function in this house. It is not allowed to have a fire in it, since a smoke may be a problem for the other guests. Unlike most guesthouses, in this house we are using ironed, high quality duvet covers and pillow cases. Apart from good looks it gives an extra sterilisation factor, since it's treated in 140°C for a period of time. We also do not use softeners, so it wouldn't react to the skin.
