In the beautiful south of Munich is our fully equipped apartment with a balcony on the top floor of a terraced corner house, parking is available on the street. By car, it takes about 20 minutes to downtown, within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) through the greenery to the S-Bahn and regional train (approx. 25 minutes to Marienplatz or central station in approx. 15 minutes). Forest, road bike track for sports enthusiasts right around the corner The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. It is airy and bright, the exposed wooden beams give the room a very special flair. The balcony can be reached from the living room. The skylights are equipped with blinds, so the guest can decide whether to admire the starry sky from the bed at night or use the blinds. The kitchenette is modern and new, sink, fridge and a ceramic hob with two hotplates. A kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. The bright bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. By bike or on foot you can quickly reach the village of Oberhaching/Deisenhofen, where there is a grocery store, organic market, drugstore, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, everything you need. The nearby Grünwalder Forest invites you to walk, jog, cycle, as well as the surrounding small Bavarian villages, the Isar or the Deininger pond are quickly accessible. Pure nature and that just outside Munich!
