We offer for larger private groups, two homes side by side, together it’s five bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 adults so that everyone can have their own space. Can also rent as a one bedroom suite that can accommodate two people Other things to note The home is located in a secured gated community where the security officers are on hand to help to ensure safety. The aim is for guests to have a sense of security while enjoying the freedom and ambiance of the community. For easy access through the security gate a Refundable $50 to receive an access card to go in and out of the community. All names of guests staying are required upon booking. This is mandatory. Additional rules 1) Strictly no smoking indoors. 2) No pets allowed. 3) No glass bottles inside the pool. 4) No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. 5) Visits are allowed between 9AM and 5PM however due to high utility costs there's an additional fee for overnight stays. Visitors pay additional - $20 US per person per night Limited to 2 people per bed to a maximum of 8 people 6) Please do not request our staff to providing meals for anyone other than an occasional guest without prior arrangement with the villa host. The villa is a SMOKE FREE environment, smoking is permitted outdoors. 7) USE OF POOL. DO NOT use this amenity without adult supervision. Please be advised that there is no lifeguard on the premises. Children under 16 MUST be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians. The Villa Staff ARE NOT qualified nor permitted to perform this service. No diving, no alcohol, no running, pushing or horseplay.
