Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2. The space This tiny home is carefully designed to be comfortable stay for one person or a couple. Peaceful and green leafy private courtyard area. Inclusions are a Smart TV with soundbar, connected to high-speed Wi-Fi network, Netflix, Sheridan towels and 700 tc bed linen, superbly comfortable queen-sized Peace Lilly 100% natural latex bed, Lavazza espresso coffee machine, integrated fridge/freezer, underfloor bathroom heating, heated towel rail, reverse cycle split system, washing machine and cellular block out blinds. The space provides ample and clever storage inside for your belongings with a built-in robe but also includes a large secure storage space under the main house accessible from the courtyard if required. Other things to note Note the space cannot accommodate children under two years of age. Healthy breakfast items in pantry and fridge at no cost, so help yourself. The Rapid bus stop is a short walking distance with a 15 minute commute into the city. Canberra hospital 5 minute drive away.
