The space Upstairs: The upstairs features a private balcony with stunning views of the lake and dock, offering the perfect spot to unwind. Two spacious master bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, each thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy for a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together, whether you're cooking a family dinner or a quick snack for your next lake adventure. The living area is a cozy haven, featuring a large sectional couch that invites you to sink in and relax. A mini fridge is provided for the kids to store their snacks and drinks while they relax or play. Step outside to the outdoor patio, featuring dining furniture where you can enjoy family meals or simply relax. The hot tub is a great spot for unwinding, and the grill makes it easy to enjoy a cookout. In the spacious backyard, kids can play and explore, whether it's tossing a frisbee, playing games, or just enjoying the open space to run around. Guest access Guests will enjoy a private lake access with gated entrance to the home and parking, as well as exclusive access to the entire home, boat dock, and all its amenities, ensuring a fun and relaxing stay. Just 20 minutes away from the home, Marble Falls offers a variety of exciting activities and local gems to explore. Just 10 minutes from the home, Granite Shoals has a convenient supermarket where you can easily pick up groceries, snacks, and anything else you might need during your stay. Just a block away, the public park has plenty of space for outdoor activities and a boat ramp for easy access into the water. **Please Note** The main living area of the home, kitchen, living room, master bedrooms, are on the second floor of the home. Guests will need to climb a set of stairs to enter the house. There are no child gates on the lower level when entering the Hot Tub or the lake area. **Please Note** We do not provide any lifejackets so please make sure to bring your own in order to swim in the lake. **Please Note** The house has been painted and rooms redone hence why some photos display a blue house and some a black house. **Please Note** The Hot-tub cover much be removed from the back as the side arms could break if removed incorrectly.
