Dine indoors or on the spacious patio overlooking your heated pool—your private oasis awaits! 🌊✨ The space The pool is only heated in the winter months. We need 24 hours notice to heat the pool and the fee is $45.00 per day and must be for the entire duration of the stay. Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week. We provide a pool skimmer if needed. Landscaping maintenance is twice a month. Pool and landscaping service days vary due to changing weather conditions. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. If pets are found on property, deposit will be forfeited and fines will be imposed. No Smoking Inside Please. Guest access The nearest beach is at the east end of Oakland Park Blvd. There is a parking lot there and bike rentals as well. This is approximately 3-5 min drive from the house. Fort Lauderdale's main beach alongside the boardwalk is about 7-10 minutes along A1A to the South. Parking is available in large lot or street side. Lauderdale By The Sea, a more "family friendly" beach, complete with fishing pier is 7-10 min to the north along A1A and also affords more than 1 large parking lots.
