This newly created stylish loft conversion is fully detached from our barn. We are located in the quiet village of Bolney, particularly known for the Bolney Vineyard which is within walking distance. The Bolney Stage, famous public house, is 10 minutes walk.The stunning village of Cuckfield is a 5 minute drive with its four pubs, boutiques and the award winning Ockenden Manor and Spa. We are 15 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath railway station. Brighton is 20 minutes away! The space You are renting a brand new stylish converted boutique studio, with its own access and parking. There is underfloor heating throughout making this a very cosy dwelling. One room split into Dining area, workstation, lounge area and kitchen. Kitchen has induction hob, combination microwave/oven and dishwasher all neatly combined in one unit. A four poster double bed, with a full bathroom behind, including bath, shower, WC and basin. There is a TV, Wi-fi and digital radio/cdplayer. There are blackout blinds om both velux creating lovely dark place when sleeping. It’s beautifully furnished to a high standard. Guest access The room is entirely your to use as you wish, together with the garden in the photographs. The studio is next to our house and you will have use of driveway to park upto 2 cars. Entrance to the Studio is up the stairs in the photographs, so not suitable for the less able bodied. Other things to note Lovely walks… very quiet and peaceful….. perfect for working or relaxing in the garden. So many beautiful gardens to visit and many walks. Lots of vine yards to taste the local Sussex wine. Great for Dog…. Many trails!
