12 Coral Cottages is located 5 minutes from the town of Kilkeel beside Sandilands beach and the Mourne Mountains and can sleep up to 6 guests. The property is in the perfect location for those who enjoy mountain walking, cycling, golfing or a day at the beach. Also located within a short drive of the Carlingford ferry for those who want to explore the Cooley mountains and Carlingford village The space On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen/livingroom area, separate sitting room with pull out sofa bed which linen can be provide on request for guests not able to access 1st floor bedrooms. Also on ground floor is a bathroom with walkin shower and a cupboard with washing machine/storage space. At 1st floor there is 2 kingsize bedrooms one with en-suite and a double bedroom and a family bathroom. Amazing views from the property of the Mourne Mountains and also of the sea form the 1st floor bedrooms. There is a paved patio area with garden furniture to the front of the property and an enclosed paved area to the rear with clothes line and wooden shed which can be made available for storing bicycles on request. The property is heated by a gas fired combi boiler so there is instant hot water. Guest access Guests will have full access to all of the property and rear enclosed yard
