The space This beautiful three-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator!) is equipped with all the comforts: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix - Disney+ and YouTube, heating, table, Relaxation area, a comfortable sofa, washing machine, iron, wardrobes and large furniture to accommodate your personal belongings. In addition to the 100% Italian cotton sheets and high-quality 100% Italian cotton towels of high weight and absorbency, you will find a hairdryer and a free Welcome kit with shower shampoo. The apartment is bright and very cozy and will make you feel "at home". The bathroom is equipped with: toilet, bidet, shower stall, sink, mirror and storage cabinet. The room fragrance and attention to detail will make you feel pampered throughout your stay. In the kitchen, you will also find all the accessories for your every need: induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a practical electric cappuccino maker, tea, herbal teas and many new utensils such as a kettle, toaster, a refrigerator, pots, cutlery... The low price, however, makes it perfect even for single travelers traveling for business or looking for nightlife, for couples who want a cozy and charming environment and for families as there are 2 bedrooms. If you are 2 guests but want to sleep separately and use both rooms, I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that you will find both rooms ready with the sheets arranged. There is a surcharge for additional linen of €20/day. Guest access After check-in, I will be at your disposal with a 24/7 messaging service, except at night. The apartment is a few minutes (about a 10-minute walk and 3 by taxi) from the San Faustino stop of the Brescia metro and (about a 2-minute walk) from the nearest bus stop (lines 2 and 17). The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator and is accessible from the internal stairs (see photo). No pets allowed and smoking is prohibited. Below the house you will find free parking (almost always occupied during working hours) and, a short walk away, a greengrocer and a bakery. Other things to note If you are 2 guests and want to use both rooms, there is a surcharge of €20/day. A crib and high chair are only provided upon request before check-in. Leaving the apartment in a few minutes you will find yourself walking through the center of Brescia and you can reach the places of interest and activities preferred by Brescia citizens and tourists.
