One hour to Telluride or Durango. Nearby mountain biking, hiking, kayaking. Far enough from town to see the stars. Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Phil's World North is 3 miles away. Close to Canyon of the Ancients and Hovenweep. Fishing at McPhee Reservoir, Totten Lake, and Dolores River. The space Sleeping arrangements are a queen size sleeper sofa on the main floor and a queen bed up in the loft. Loft is accessible by a set of ladder steps. See pictures please. These steps may be a challenge for younger children and older adults. Parking for up to 3 vehicles directly beside the home. Extra parking for a boat or camper is available at no charge. Guest access Access to seating area on the canyon overlook is provided. Other things to note Cooling is by window A/C. It gets in the low 60's to mid 50's at night so opening windows is a great option.
