Pregnant women, individuals under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, or drugs, and those with pre-existing health conditions should not use the sauna. Shower before using the sauna to maintain hygiene. Do not wear jewelry or necklaces inside the sauna, as they may overheat and cause burns. The host is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from sauna use. Usage Guidelines Always use towels when in the sauna. Please use the sauna for no more than 2 hours daily; it takes about 30-40 min to heat up , leaving you more than enough time to use it. always make sure to turn off when done. The temperature should not be set above 175°F (80 °C). Pour water on the sauna rocks only with the provided bowl and spoon. One spoon is enough; it will create a lot of steam. Do not use oils, essential oils, or any other additives in the water, or chemicals for cleaning, please. Post-Use Care After using the sauna, turn off the heater. Wipe down the benches with the microfiber towel provided and special cleaning spray (red bottle) Leave the sauna door open to let dry for a few minutes if wet. Be cautious when walking on the terrace after sauna use—it may be slippery. Wear appropriate footwear to avoid slipping and injury. Damage and Cleaning Fees Guests are liable for any damage caused by misuse of the sauna. By using the sauna, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
