There is a separate brick paver walkway that guides you to the entryway of the guest house that is 200 feet away from the main house. There is a Brand new King size Casper Mattress and its very comfortable. The space Our cozy guest home is in a quiet and peaceful area on an acre lot, yet 5 mins away from shopping stores. You can take walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the views. Guest access The guest has access to the entire guest house. Other things to note The primary renter must meet this minimum age requirement of 21 years old.(STRICT NO CATS due to Allergies). Small Dogs allowed up to 25lbs or less (we only allow 1 dog). NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.
