LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION AND A Stock Tank POOL! Our cozy and charming "Heights Hideaway" studio is located in the heart of Seminole Heights. We love our eclectic and diverse neighborhood, and that reflects in our Heights decor throughout this charming studio. Walking distance to voted "James Beard” restaurants, local bars, and unique shops! Taking pride in our craft beers, we are locals to many great breweries and craft beer bars! Enjoy being centrally located to everything in Tampa Bay! The space Welcome to our charming, cozy studio in the heart of Tampa! Perfect for two guests, this detached studio exudes a delightful Tampa vibe while offering a welcoming space for small families with young children. Nestled away from the main house, you'll enjoy privacy and comfort during your stay. The studio comes with a designated parking space in the driveway and a convenient side gate entrance for easy access. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchenware. We're proud of Tampa's vibrant coffee culture, so we've curated a special coffee/tea bar for our guests. While we offer light breakfast snacks such as protein/nut/granola bars, fruit, and oatmeal, we encourage you to explore the local coffee shops and craft beer spots nearby. The studio features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, along with a large full bed that can be converted to a queen size, complete with fresh linens upon your arrival. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy climate control with a new, quiet air conditioning unit and a space heater for cooler nights. Entertainment options include a Firestick setup for the TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, and YouTube TV. The WiFi password will be provided in the basic information pack for your convenience. For those seeking a more secluded outdoor space, we offer a quaint patio area to the right of the studio with comfortable seating, providing a private retreat away from the larger backyard space. Guest are welcome to the pool area. There are additional towels in your studio for the pool. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our studio offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home in a prime Tampa location. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access 1 parking space, studio apartment includes: wifi access, Firestick - YouTube TV and Disney Plus.. Now, A/C, coffee bar, and backyard area with the stock tank pool (shared). The main house is off limits. Other things to note This is a nonsmoking studio but can smoke outside. No pets allowed. Respect the shared space outside with renters and guests. We have child, however, no noise doesn’t affects this wild one! Don’t worry about coming and going, at all times, we are flexible and don’t mind at all! The studio is directly behind our house, but again please don’t worry about disturbing us, we are easy going people! We also rent the main house out sometimes. With that being said the backyard is a shared space. Guests must use only the left side of gate for entrance and exit. Please be sure that the gate is secured coming and going! Turn off A/C when leaving for longer periods. Please leave all laundry and linens in the clothes hamper. The clothes hamper is located in the closet. If something breaks or is damaged, just let us know. We know "ish" happens!
