The space This is a classic single floor (one step for entry), two bedroom, one bath house; simple in design, with a full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining + living room, and full bathroom. We are at the busy intersection of Water and University, the crossroads to everything that is Ellensburg! You will find this interesting little corner to be at the divide between downtown and the residential area. Just north, you will find large elaborate craftsman styled homes with beautiful gardens, south is vibrant downtown, and to the west is Central Washington University, less than a mile down University Way. Guest access You will have access to the first level of the house. This includes the main dining + living area, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and two bedrooms. There are two storage areas off the kitchen that are private. There is a lower story that has renters (separate entrance), please respect their privacy and do not use the backyard.
