This beautiful 3rd floor room is ours when we're not traveling, and includes gated parking behind the house. We're in a great location, with comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, easy check-in and out, bag storage and a wonderful longtime housekeeper. The space Our room is great for vacations, concerts, work trips or visiting family and friends. We're on a friendly block steps to the best of Fishtown and Northern Liberties, a short walk to the Fillmore, 10-15mins to Center City. We offer coffee, tea, and bottled water, plus lots of books and magazines, and we're happy to send you local recommendations! -- Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm -- Bag storage is from 11am to 5pm You can park 1:00pm the day of check-in until 1:00pm the day of checkout. We'll send welcome instructions with details on parking and getting settled after you book! Guest access The 3rd floor bedroom, bathroom, balcony and kitchenette are your private space. We have other guest rooms on the 2nd floor, and the basement is either our private space or our other Airbnb. Light use of the ground floor kitchen is fine, but we ask that guests not prepare large meals; rinse dishes and our housekeeper will handle the dishwasher. Aside from bag storage, the ground floor living and dining rooms are not intended for guest use. During your stay We're away when this room is available, so we won't see you when you're here. We'll communicate through Airbnb, and you may see our fantastic housekeeper or other guests in the house. Other things to note This room is bookable by request only; you'll get an auto message with a couple of questions. Once you reply, we'll accept your booking! Despite Airbnb's AI tag about 24hr check-in, our check-in is 3pm to 10pm. The gated parking space only allows vehicles up to 17ft; feel free to message us with questions.
