Traditional Japanese culture has been reconstructed in a modern way, including a red welcome carpet, a fixed curtain motif, lighting using Japanese umbrellas and lanterns, and a graphic cross of Kabuki's Kumadori. The living room is based on the motifs of "Oma" and "Renshishi" and offers an extraordinary experience. The 3rd floor bedroom also incorporates Kabuki elements such as fans and striped patterns. A luxurious layout with 5 bedrooms and 9 double beds in a spacious 175 ㎡ space. High-quality bedding, such as a 20 cm thick high-rebound mattress, ensures a comfortable stay. You are welcome to use the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of the room. (Locked storage is for staff only) You are also not allowed to park your car in the parking space on the 1st floor. Other things to note 1. Location of the facility - This property has three floors, and the second and third floors are a separate single-family house for guests.In addition, there is no elevator at the facility.Please note if you are elderly or have weak legs. Also, the outdoor parking area on the first floor is used by other people for parking and coming and going. Thank you for your understanding. 2. Operating Laws - The facility operates under the Private Lodging Business Act.You'll need to submit your passport details and/or personal details.If we do not receive it, we may refuse to do so. 3. Car Use - Parking and one parking around the facility is prohibited.Please note that the parking lot on the first floor of this facility is not available. 4. About noise - Please refrain from loud behavior such as parties, banquets, etc. as it is located in a residential area.Please be quiet after 21:00 in order to be considerate of the neighbors. - If there is a disturbing noise in the neighborhood, we will charge a fine of 30,000 yen + tax, especially from night to early in the morning. 5. About smoking - No smoking inside. - There is a smoking area (with a cigarette butt box) on the verandas on the 2nd and 3rd floors.As a precaution when using, please be sure to observe the following two points: do not litter, and close the doors and windows tightly to prevent the smell of cigarettes and smoke from spreading indoors. 6. Indoors Manners - No Shoes inside the unit. - Smoking in the room and throwing away cigarette butts will be charged a fine of 30,000 yen + tax. - If there is damage or stains to the indoor facilities or furniture, we will charge you for the repair or the purchase of a replacement. 7. Cleaning - No cleaning service during your stay.If you want additional cleaning for longer stays, please consult in advance (additional fees apply). 8. Garbage Disposal - We will charge a fine of 30,000 yen + tax for illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood. - If you leave a large baggage such as a suitcase, we will charge you for the disposal and the cost of labor + tax. 9. Excess number of guests - Accommodation exceeding the number of guests booked is strictly prohibited, and if it is unauthorized or exceeded, a fine of 20,000 yen per person will be charged. 10. Drinking party use - If there is vomiting when using a drinking party, we will charge 50,000 yen as a vomit treatment fee.
