Welcome to our simple and clean room in central San Juan. Located in a quiet area 5mins to the beach nearby dive spots. The Apartment is designed for group/family travellers to provide you with comfort and convenience. It features a comfortable bed, AC, fast Starlink WIFI and a private bathroom with a hot shower. We look forward to hosting you! The space Small Studio Room that has basic needs for simple travelers. 2 Double Bed (140cm) with 4 Pillows & 2 Blankets, Desk, Private Bathroom with hot shower, Aircon & fast Starlink WIFI. The room has a small open closet, small desk inside, chairs and table in front of the room where you can chill. We provide 4 bath towels, 2 cups and a amenity kit (shower kit, 2rolls of toilet paper & coffee) which is good for 1 day. Its a small room not an apartment. We dont have a kitchen or fridge. Guest access We provide free parking for guest, have an outside the room area which they can smoke and chill with small table and chair. We also have a water refill area outside for free and a small outside restaurant that can serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Other things to note The first room, kitchen and small storage in front belongs to the nice sweet and friendly old retired man who’s the main owner of the property. And some of place in front are under maintenance. The rooms are build long time ago and we share many fond experiences about our small island. Please treat the place with respect. We will try our best to give you a pleasant stay in our simple basic studio room.
