Luggage storage: There is no time limit for storing your luggage before check-in or after check-out.Please be sure to message us in advance if you would like this service. Check-out: before 10:00 am. Late check-out: Prior notice is required (there is an additional fee of 3,000 yen per hour).* If there is a reservation for the next guest on the same day, the extension will be limited to a maximum of 2 hours. 🧹 About room cleaning Cleaning during your stay: We do not provide regular room cleaning services by staff during your stay. Request for additional cleaning: If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, we can do it for 5,000 yen per time.Please message us in advance. ⚠️ About room soiling, damage, and special cleaning After check-out, if the room is significantly dirtier than would be expected from normal use, if trash is left behind, or if equipment is damaged, we will strictly charge a separate special cleaning fee and a restoration fee (actual cost). 🚨 Penalties for smoking in the room (strictly prohibited) Absolutely no smoking allowed in the room (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products). In the unlikely event that smoking is discovered in the room (cigarette butts left behind, smell of tobacco, activation of sensors, etc.), we will strictly charge a penalty fee and special cleaning and deodorization costs (including business compensation). *Please be sure to use the rooftop terrace when smoking. 🌌 Please be considerate at night (after 10 pm) There is no time limit for using the rooftop terrace, but after 10 pm, please refrain from loud conversations and move tables and chairs quietly (e.g., no dragging sounds) out of consideration for the neighbors and other guests. ♻️ About garbage collection and luggage disposal Please separate garbage into two categories: "cans, bottles, and PET bottles" and "other garbage (such as burnable garbage)".Please put the separated garbage bags outside the door of your room every day, and our staff will collect them. * If you leave suitcases (travel cases), large items, etc. in the room and they are disposed of, we will charge 1,000 yen to 3,000 yen depending on the size of the item as a disposal fee. 🧯 About safety features and lost keys ※ Safety equipment: Please never use emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers without permission except in an emergency.In the event of damage (such as soiling due to operation or equipment replacement) caused by mischief or improper use, we will request full compensation. * Lost key: If you lose the key, you will be charged 3,000 yen for the cost of replacing the cylinder. *Please take care of your own valuables. 👶 Staying with children and additional fees Children (2-12 years old): There is an additional fee of 3,000 yen per child per night.
