For your convenience there is a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We have 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is next to the kitchen, the second is five meters from the kitchen. Both bathrooms are at your disposal. A quiet neighborhood, 25-30 minutes walk to the sea. There is a public transport stop, shop, cafe near the house. There are no nightclubs nearby with music until the morning. We have a respectful attitude to rest and neighbors. The house has a Karma gas heating system, in winter the house has a comfortable temperature. The yard is big, it's just for you. You can relax outdoors. A brazier, hammock, outdoor furniture, sun lounger are at your disposal. The yard is fenced. Guest access We are in a very quiet and peaceful place. There is a public transport stop, shops, cafes near the house. The sea is a 25-30 minute walk away. I would like to note that our accommodation is for those who value comfort and quiet. We are not in the city center, but if you want to get to the city center by taxi, it takes 5 minutes, by bus 15 minutes. Other things to note All utility bills are included in the rental price.
