its a perfect get away near a river and broad quiet and peaceful. but not far from pubs and food outlets ,so the best of both worlds in one place .We also right next door to carlton marsh bird reserve and its walking pathways,or maybe hire a boat for a trip down the river . railway stations within walking distance both to arrive for your holiday or day trips around Suffolk and Norfolk . Or sit back and relax and recharge your batteries. The space Two bedroomed chalet double bed and two single beds .one bathroom .and a kitchen/lounge ,a nice fairly large west facing terrace for the afternoon and early evening sun . Guest access you can use all the chalet apart from one cupboard . that's for our cleaner . Other things to note free WiFi codes on arrival. swimming pool onsite (sorry but you have to pay )nice public house good food, fine ales Broadland with excellent views of the river waveney and oulton broad . Also not far away from carlton Marsh bird reserve,and the other way walk into oulton broad and spend some time in the local pubs clubs and restaurants in the immediate location. Railway station on the ipswich to lowestoft li e only 5 minutes away or the lowestoft to norwich station only 15 minutes so let the train take the strain and come by train . But there is free parking onsite just park as near as you can as no allocated parking
