Please avoid leaning on the white barriers on the back deck, as it is not entirely stable. The required age to book is 25+. Noise Level: must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level. Cancellation: The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules.
