When you’re ready for the beach, just grab the wagon and chairs—it’s only a 2-minute walk to the sandy shoreline. You’ll watch the kids build sandcastles, splash in the waves, or simply relax with a book. After dinner, take a short walk back to the beach—trust me, Lake Huron’s sunsets are some of the best in the world. It’s the perfect spot for a quick swim or a relaxing beach walk. And NO STAIRS - smooth paved path leads you down to the Lake. NOTE: The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Other things to note Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.
