Cosy modular studio - private entrance + garden

A number of ski stations near by (from 25mn to 1h30 away), Niaux cave (10mn) et many more ! Firewood, firestarters and plaids are provided for wonderful nights by the brasero outside ! Little accommodation, fully equipped (kitchenette and bathroom) with a pleasant patio with a brasero at your front door, the whole space will be yours. The entrance is direct from the garden. Towels and cleaning included The space You can smoke on the patio (not inside). All bedding and towels are provided. The brand new sofa turns into a double queen size bed in 2mn, the bedding is ready (top mattress, duvet and pillows) and stored in the compartment of the sofa. Modern efficient heating. End of stay cleaning is included. If you plan to arrive before 4pm, you can leave your luggage here. Children are of course welcome, however the studio is not equipped for younger childs. We let you be the judge of it, with the description and pictures, and we remain available for any question you may have ! To cook, you will have all the necessary stuff : folding table and chairs, utensils, induction plate and extractor fan. There is also a multifonction grill that you can use indoors and outdoors alike ! Don't hesitate to ask if you are missing something. You will also find : Smart tv, xbox 360 (upon request), books, games, lemongrass candles. We can handle the dishwashing, as well as the breakfast dishwashing. You will have a rolling cart to leave it at our door. SERVICES : My partner and I can offer the following services provided you give us a minimum of 24h notice (payment on site by cash or card) : - Breakfast service : 11€/day for 1 person and 17€/day for 2 (Bread / butter or margarine / jam or pâté (savory) / fruit / yogurt or soy yogurt and muesli / freshly pressed orange juice / thermos of coffee or tea) - Self-made breakfast (ingredients provided on the night before) : 6€/day for 1 and 8€/day for 2 (Possible for sandwiches at the same price) (Bread / butter or margarine / jam or pâté or eggs / fruit / coffee or tea to prepare yourself) - Groceries : 5€ + amount of receipt - Washing machine (includes washing liquid, softener and sanithol) : 5€ - Train station pick-up/drop-off (Fridays & weekends and from 5pm only during the week) : • Tarascon : 5€/one way • Foix : 10€/one way ACTIVITIES : We are situated 20mn to 1h30 to the main ski stations. 15mn to the equipment rental shop (Tarascon-sur-Ariège). Raquettes hikes and other winter activities are also proposed around. Nice walks and hikes start at the village. We are a 12mn walk away from Miglos castle and 1h from Niaux cave (10mn by car) and its prehistoric drawings. With a car, we are 15mn away from the prehistoric parc, 25mn from Foix and 1h10 from Andorra. Around, you will find local markets, thermal sources, castles, churches, farms, caves, walks and hikes, cycling, kayaking, canyoning, via-ferrata, climing, horse riding, and much more !
